DrBeth's 10 Keys to Compassion Songbook & Characters

Here's What's Inside!

Dr. Beth’s 10 Keys to Compassion come to life through her playful and heartfelt music, offering powerful messages for both children and parents. Each song in this collection is designed to support mental, emotional, and social development by integrating the body, mind, and spirit. With themes centered on compassion, love, and self-expression, the music creates a safe and engaging space to explore and manage the “big” feelings and behaviors of childhood.

Dr. Beth’s songs serve as a bridge between generations—providing simple, yet profound messages that help children and adults alike identify, articulate, and understand emotions that might otherwise be difficult to express. Rooted in her Compassion framework, the music fosters healthy self-awareness and emotional resilience, making it a joyful and transformative tool for families. Through melody and meaning, Dr. Beth offers a playful pathway to inner growth, inviting a new paradigm of connection, healing, and wholehearted living.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

“Dr. Beth’s songs are not only fun to sing, they teach life lessons. Life is about choices and Dr. Beth’s songs teach that concept. Dr. Beth’s songs have lessons for parents and children as well. When you are feeling bad about yourself, just sing Dr. Beth’s ‘One Kid Band.’”

-Nelda Hart, Certified Reality Therapist

“These songs provide a pleasant and ideal atmosphere encouraging developmental opportunities for interactions between the parent/caregiver and child. Both the lyrics and music foster healthy relationships while enhancing language and mental development in a natural environment. I highly recommend it as an important resource for parents, early childhood programs and day care providers.”

-Carol Ann Gardner, Child Development Instructor, Butte/Yuba Colleges

“Dr. Beth’s energy and enthusiasm is contagious! Listening to her sing and seeing her connect with children makes you realize she has the potential to really make a difference in relationships between parents and children. Just what this weary old world needs right now!”

-Carolyn Warren, Mother of two
